The Sunrise does Prophesy

The sunrise. It prophesies of our Beloved's return. The Word talks about Jesus being the light that entered into the darkness, and gives light to men. "In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it." (John 1:4). Just like the sun rises over the earth giving light to the entire planet, Jesus' light has entered into the earth, and will continue to light the earth till the fullness of time comes, and in the end of it all, His desire is for there to be no more darkness. In Revelation it talks about there no longer needing to be any sun or moon, because "the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring thier splendor into it. On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no night there..." (Rev 21:23,24)

I have always loved the sunrise. I didn't connect the prophetic significance of it. All creation really does testify of Him! I have always loved the sun when it rises over water and it sparkles from the light reflecting the surface, wow.. that's like Jesus who reflects His light from His bride, and the bride of Christ shines His light out into the earth; but the source of the Light is always Jesus Himself, and the glory of God shining through Him.

It's so cool when you get hit with revelation. It happens at the oddest times, like this morning. Praise God! Thank you Jesus!
